Microsoft Internet Explorer, now simply Internet Explorer, is a web browser developed by Microsoft that was included with some CD-ROMs for the Pippin Atmark console, such as WebViewer.
In 1998, Bandai released Surf Monkey,[1] designed to work on Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0, as their web portal of choice for young users.[2][3]
