PipMusic is a CD-ROM that had been tentatively announced for the Pippin platform.[1]
Features[]
According to a developer newsletter, PipMusic would allow the user to play and arrange music of any genre. An intuitive user interface would make music creation easy.[1]
Release status[]
A functional demo version was to have been part of a pre-release beta software set that was bundled with Pippin Power Player development consoles in December 1995.[1] However, PipMusic never shipped and no other information was provided from Bandai about the title,[2][3] which is presumed to have been cancelled.[4]
A similar title, Tunin'Glue, was developed by NanaOn-Sha and released in Japan for the Pippin Atmark by Bandai Digital Entertainment on June 7, 1996.[5]
