Pop Up Computer was developed by Saru Brunei and released in Japan in 1994 by ASK Kodansha (アスク講談社) as a hybrid disc for Macintosh and Windows.[1]

A Pippin version of the CD-ROM had been announced in Bandai's Pippin Title CD-ROM Catalog, but does not appear to have been released.[2]
