''The Journeyman Project: Pegasus Prime'' was originally developed as a "Director's Cut" remake of ''[[Wikipedia:The Journeyman Project|The Journeyman Project]]'' by [[wikipedia:Presto Studios|Presto Studios]]. Programmer Bob Bell developed an authoring utility called ''[[World Builder]]'' to construct the environments out of [[QuickTime]] digital video segments, which were encoded with [[wikipedia:Cinepak|Cinepak]].
