The Snow Queen (スノークィーン) is a children's book CD-ROM title that had been announced for the Pippin Atmark console.
Development[]
After the completion of Le Livre de Lulu, French publisher Flammarion asked director Romain Victor-Pujebet to develop more titles based on the same interface and style.[1] Production of The Snow Queen took about 8 months.[2]
Releases[]
A hybrid disc for Macintosh and Windows was released in France as La Reine des Neiges by Flammarion on November 27, 1996.[3] The Japanese version for Macintosh and Windows was released in December 1996 for Macintosh and Windows by Sanshusha (三修社). An advertisement for Pippin, PlayStation, and Saturn versions were included with Le Livre de Lulu, but it is not known whether they ever shipped.[4][5]
